"--Keith Sorestad's office staff (in Sedrowoolley, Wa.) are THE BEST!!! I have previously been insured through two other St Farm offices in the past, and left them both due to unacceptable service to look for a better office. I definitely found the better office I needed when I discovered Keith Sorestad's office in Sedrowoolley! Keith must really be somebody to be able to consistently get and keep such awesome office staff, and keep them long term, from what I have seen, since I have been doing business there for quite a few years, now. Everybody there does their jobs extremely well, like true professionals, in a way that could only come from someone who has been a very long time in this highly specialized business! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but they are also kind and compassionate too! --And whats more, I have seen how they put a whole new meaning on "going the extra mile"!!! I can say from experience, that they will NOT give up on you!"

"After doing everything kia has provided for us, they keep asking for a immobilizer but my car according to kia does not have that function. Still can't get my car covered. I'm literally still paying it off. It's a kia soul. It shouldn't be this hard but apparently they won't accommodate for anything."

"I have been a State Farm client since 1965. When I call or email Mr. Sorestad, he always has his employees take care of my question(s). Subsequently, I have never spoken to him. This is not a good way to do business."

"I've had auto, homeowners, life & 401 insurance in Sedro Woolley for 20 yrs. Since Mardy's retirement, service has gone downhill!! Keith is rarely in office & has no idea how customers are treated! I wouldn't recommend anyone seek insurance with this office!!"
